He Ain't Never Done Me Nothing but Good

He ain't never done me nothing, Done me nothing but good, nothing but Good. Job was a righteous man, the devil couldn't doubt It. He surely loved his Savior, There was no doubt about it. Satan cursed his body from his feet unto his Head. Then they told him all his children and His cattle were dead. Then Job's wife said, "Why don't you curse your God and die?" But Job said, "Woman, You speak like a foolish child." Oh, he ain't never done me nothing, Done me nothing but good, nothing but good. Oh, he ain't never done me nothing, Done me nothing but good, nothing but good. Well, I gave my heart to Jesus, Took Him as my Savior. Cast my lots with the chosen ones and then Started out for heaven. Soon I was forsaken, all my friends left one By one. But the good Lord's walked beside me, He ain't never left me none. He's fed me when I was hungry and cheered Me when I was sad. Oh, He has been the dearest friend this girl Has ever had. History tells of Polycarp, a martyr for the gospel's Sake. They built a fire around his feet and Then tied him to a stake. But the fire could not consume him, so they Pierced him with a sword. The blood ran down, put out the fire, But still he praised the Lord. Now all these years I've served Him, He's done Me nothing but good. Well, I won't repent and I won't recant, Just tell me why I should. Oh, He ain't never done me nothing, Done me nothing but good, nothing but good. Oh, He ain't never done me nothing, Done me nothing but good, nothing but good. Oh, He ain't never done me nothing. He ain't never done me nothing. He ain't never done me nothing But good. Ooh. Through all of my trials and my tribulations. When everyone walked away and left me all alone. God was still right by my side. God is good all the time. He'll never let you down. He's always faithful, you can count on Him. God is good
