Take a slow breath in through your nose. Fill your belly with oxygen. Trust your body. A slow breath out through your mouth. Remember this. I will be back soon. Slow breath in. My body knows how to restore itself And I can simply observe. Gentle exhale. I feel the vibrations of the bass passing through Me. I enjoy the present moment and the world around Slows down.
