It's all good. It was hard going through it, But then I'm human, you feel me? Everybody make mistakes. Just gotta learn from 'em. Can't get too down on yourself, you feel me? Everything been through is what it took for me To get to this here, so understand me when I tell you it wasn't easy coming through where I came. So many downfalls, yet and still I Remain. Fighting addiction while holding on to a Vision. There wasn't no end in sight. Remember feeling like I should give up this mic. Even more than that, maybe I should give up My life, 'cause what I was doing ain't living. I just ain't dead, but I felt better in Prison, and I always thought nothing better than Freedom, but I wasn't free in my mind. Worst thing I been through in my life, I Ain't lying. Thought I would never recover. I must be meant to be nobody. But why? I knew the truth, but I just Kept getting high. See, that was easier than having To face myself and trying to deal with the Damage. While slowly turning my life into the Titanic, I watched it sink deep, never even tried To stop it. Rather watch to the end. At least when it's over, I can't do it Again. But I kept waking up, still caught in The spin. But now I know it was then.
