OBSESSION

I'm wide awake, I'm pulled in again. I reach for my phone to message your name. I see your story, I see your face, And my head starts exploding like some movie scene. And here it comes again. Obsession. You're my temptation. I'm your weakness. We know how it ends, still we go back Again. First comes "I miss you," then silence again. We delete every number, we change every rule. But one random message and we lose control. And over my skin, that old feeling begins. You're my temptation, my obsession again. Obsession, we don't sleep again. Again, we keep saying. We don't want this again. We don't want this again. Obsession, the same old circle again. You're nowhere beside me. But closer than anyone. But closer than anyone. Morning will show us who needed this more. Last night we deleted, tonight on the floor. I know every number by heart, every line. It's easier burning than leaving tonight. I lose all control the moment you're near. My breathing gets broken, there's no way from here. Again till the morning, again in this haze. We love one another, but nothing gets said. There's no strength to leave now, no strength to Resist. You're my temptation, my dangerous fix. Obsession, we don't sleep again. Again, we keep saying. We don't want this again. We don't want this again. Obsession, the same old circle again. You're nowhere beside me. But closer than anyone. But closer than anyone. We play for too long on the edge of This line. Sleepy blue morning is closing our eyes. Again like an avalanche pulling us in. We both know too well there's no way back Again. These walls of the room close tighter around. What keeps happening between us right now. You are my password, my permanent chain. We don't wanna change till we start it again. Restart the system then blow it apart. We burn ourselves down from the skin to the Heart. Obsession, we don't sleep again. Again, we keep saying. We don't want this again. We don't want this again. Obsession, the same old circle again. You're nowhere beside me. But closer than anyone. Obsession. Still wide awake. You're my temptation. I'm your weakness. Just say nothing. Still say nothing. Then disappear.
