Spring

My winter came and took it all. My winter came and played its trick. Brought me everything then took it quick. And the only me I used to know is Letting go, letting go. I was foolish not to see. Thought the May would rescue me. Thought the leaves would warm the cold. But they just covered up my soul. And again, and again, the sun rises far too Soon.
