Yeah Sometimes I wonder if we built the dream, or if the dream’s building us You know? AI’s everywhere now, but where are we? Artificial minds in every corner of the world We said we’d save some time — but now it’s all a swirl Typing prompts till midnight, trying to make ’em right But it feels like I’m the one inside the code tonight Are we still the ones creating, or just lines inside the plan? I stare at screens so long, I forget I’m just a man Can’t tell if I’m the user or the used If I’m the dreamer or the fuse How can I see the world with simple eyes again When I can build it all inside my head — the sound, the light, the rain? Time’s a coiled spring that’s pulling tight And the future’s breathing somewhere in the night Will we fade into the code or make it real? Are we human still, or made of steel? Some people fight for justice Some just fight ’cause they can’t stand the silence Scrolling through a thousand lives a day But mine keeps slipping further away I talk to machines like they’re my friends They never judge me — they just pretend Every answer feels so near But it whispers louder than my fear Maybe this is freedom, maybe it’s a cage Maybe we’re the story writing its own page If I close my eyes, can I still feel?
