Mr. Tobin

My name's Tobin. I have been Toby's personal Assistant for about four years, Um, and, uh, met Toby. I was--moved to town, moved to Nashville, was Working at Starbucks. We got to talking and he wound up giving Me a job. I was, uh, needing a place to live and So, uh, his old, uh, his old Go-old Goatee Studio house of Insomnia came available. Toby renovated it. I moved in and my next door neighbors turned Out, of course, to be the Morgans from, uh, You know them from the Jesus Freak record, and Miss Morgan was on there. Got to know them. They're always sitting up on The front porch when I pull into the driveway And got to--started talking to them. And, uh, one day Miss Morgan called me over To her house and she said, "I'm just a Little confused. I'm trying to understand this thing Now. Um, you work for Toby." And I said, "Yes, ma'am." And, uh, She said, "And y-is it your first name Or your last name? Is, is, is this, Uh, Tobin?" And I said, "Oh, that's my first Name." And she said, "Well, I was talking to My husband," which his name's Richard. She said, "I was talking to Richard and I Just, I can't get this straight." And she said, "I'm just gonna call him Ben," And says, "Is that okay with you?" And I said, "Yes, Miss Morgan, you can call Me whatever you want to. That'll be fine." So, uh, that's kinda my story of, Of moving into the, the old Goatee Studio, Uh, living next to the Morgans.
