I built a castle in my head Brick by brick 'til the night turned red Every thought a thread I can’t unwind Trapped in a loop A maze designed Round and round No way through Every step A déjà vu I think I think I think too much A mind maze spinning Out of touch I map the stars But miss the sky Chasing questions Asking why A whisper turns into a roar Each answer opens one more door I can't stop the carousel Riding circles A private hell Round and round No way through Every step A déjà vu I think I think I think too much A mind maze spinning Out of touch If I could silence every clock Break the gears Reset the lock Would I find the key to peace Or just another thought’s release
