Mist on the street, quiet corners Sigh. Footsteps fade where memories Lie. An old lamp trembles in the Breeze, Calling me back silently. A café still holds the scent of Day. You smiled there once, then slipped Away. Now only wind hums through that Space. This street of hush keeps your trace. The saxophone moans its weary tune, Like your voice beneath the moon. I sit alone, the air grown Thin. Night draws your shadow in. Along The street, I still walk slow. My heart is quiet, But won't let go. This winter road still softly Keeps The name we carved in drifting sleep.
