I set two plates on the table Like before. Leave the screen door Cracked a little more. Wind hums low Through the maple trees. It ain't your voice, but it still sounds Like peace. I watch the dust float In the evening light. Still sit on your side When the day turns night. I light that porch lamp Like you said I should. A little hope Dressed up in wood.
