Loving You

Midnight streets are shining Rain keeps falling down I walk through empty puddles In this quiet, crying town Your name is in the silence In every breath I take And though you’re gone, I still remember Every smile we used to fake Loving you Was beautiful Even now It feels so right Streetlights blur like teardrops On the window of my mind Every echo in the distance Feels like you're still close behind I chase a fading shadow Of a love I couldn't keep But I’d rather have the heartache Than forget what made me weep Loving you Was beautiful Loving you Was beautiful Even now It feels so right
