Peace Love & Dixie Commentary

We are celebrating the release of The Cadillac Three's new album, Bury Me in My Boots, which Is available now. Hey there, I'm Becca. Thanks so much for checking out Big Machine Radio As we play all the songs off of TC3's New album. This next song, Peace, Love, And Dixie, the guys in The Cadillac Three say Quite simply it's one of their favorite songs to Play live. This is just pure badass. Badass. This riff. Yeah. Probably the best song to Play live. Yeah, this is awesome. Every time we get through the first chorus, I Look back at Neil, I go, "Fucking badass, Man." But we wrote this with Ryan Hurd, a buddy Of ours, on the back of the bus. And, uh, I think I just started playing the Riff. And we'd had that title, I don't know if it was Peace, Love, and Dixie, but it was something like Peace, Love, And Ass Kicking or some-I don't know. You know, I can't remember what it was. It was something stupid, and we finally came across Dixie, and we kinda just wrote a story about Party at the Moon Tower and all this stuff, You know, and, uh, hippie love, Southern living, Stuff like that. And, you know, it was a Lot of fun. I think we drank quite a Bit that day, um, celebrating that one. But, uh, it's, it's a, it's a f-it's, That's like an artist favorite, you know? Like, all, a lot of our artist friends love That one. So crank it up for this badass One. It's Peace, Love, and Dixie on Big Machine Radio.
