I take a stroll, see the world in a Mayhem. I wish that I could take it all back. You chewed me up, spit me out. You're the devil's child. Do what you want. It's the same melody. It's plain insanity. I dreamt of gold, never saw the deception. You turned me on and left me behind. You put a gun to my head in the Dead of the night. I felt the shame, felt the blame, And the pain, an echo from the grave. I feel just like a dog on a leash. Wondering will I be safe? Everybody dies. Everybody dies someday. People are yearning for love and for freedom. Searching for the easy way out. It's just a whim, just a dream, It's a masquerade. Watching the show, but I just wanna go before The curtain falls.
