In My Head Commentary

You know, if you listen to this album, you Will hear Brantley's wife Amber is all over some Of these songs. A-and I know that she Kind of had an impact when you were writing This next one, so let's talk about In My Head. Honestly, the, the literal meaning to me was During the times of my life that my wife Wasn't back in the picture yet, you know, she Was always in my head. Any situation that I found myself in pertaining to Love or anything close to it, you know, she Was always that to me. The song itself can be taken, I guess, You know, lyrically straight ahead as more about Somebody you know when, when you first meet them Or, or get to hanging out with them and They just get the best of you. They get in your head.
