It was the spring of 1986 And it pulled the string that was not able to be fixed The fateful year for all the life on the Earth And for the poor child that would be given a birth All signs of fate then were cruelly ignored Because of the thought that was highly adored The idea of power, of nuclear force That would damn us to death right out of its source She was a student of seventeen years old She didn't believe in love that had been told The sacrificial power of love that would change her fate So, the story began on that fatal date And destiny then made its fatal decision It had its’ cruel plan and doomed fateful vision The girl was destined to be near the power plant At the moment of threat to the whole humankind And the story begins It will be forever in our hearts Against the world of sins But it will not break us to the parts Love will light all the ways And lead through diseases and adversity Against radiation rays To fight for all... The whole humanity! It was so peaceful with no sign of danger Everything was so quiet that she could feel any stranger Maybe she wouldn't have stopped there but the car broke down While she and her sister were heading to the town But then the power unit exploded! (Scattering radioactive elements all over the place) To decisive action it goaded! (Spreading its’ treat to the whole human race) Thousands of rays unleashed piercing every cell on their way! (How could this happen?) All living things in the area they would slay! (The dreadful weapon) But then the time didn't come for the girl to die (Yet) It was too early to say goodbye. And her path continued against the will of fate But it was far too late (To survive) So, the story begins It will be forever in our hearts Against the world of sins But they will not break us to the parts Love will light all the ways And lead through diseases and adversity Against radiation rays To fight for all... The whole humanity! There was a man – the head of the helicopter division He had previously made the fateful decisions To bring his daughters closer to him from afar That they could always be within his radar After the incident and the news about his daughters He had to bring some clarity for them in that disorder He sent a private soldier to the village they’d been heading to To tell them to stay home and wait for him ‘til he gets through! Whoa, radiation clouds them began to spread Poisoning more territories over and over again! Finally, there came true – the nuclear dread! But the radiation had to be contained! There was no more time to waste! But also no room for haste! Something had to be done to stop the pollution But so much time was needed to find the right solution Then the mobilization of emergency units began For implementation of the salvation plan! Duh! That was the time of the birth of the greatest love Between the two pure souls, as if descended from above Those were the girl whose father was the head of the operation And the soldier under his command who would then fight for salvation! They met in the village And music united their heart But there would not be time for marriage Nor would fate tear apart They swore to each other to try to meet again That they would die rather than be divided then! Insidious fate brought two souls together for love and death!
