Sky Blue Live

When you write a song, Sometimes they just fall out of the air and Land on your lap. This was not one of those. This song took years to finish. But it was when we actually recorded some amazing Voices on the end chorus that I got the Old shivers down the spine, and I knew that It was finally complete. This is Sky Blue. I lost my time. I lost my place in sky blue. Those two blue eyes light your face in Sky blue. I know how to fly. I know how to drown in sky blue. Warm wind blowing over the earth, Sky blue. I sing through the land, the land sings through Me, sky blue. Reaching into the deepest shade of sky Blue, Sky blue. So tired of all this traveling. Oh, oh. So many miles Away from home. Oh, Oh. I keep moving until he's Stable. Oh, Free to wander, Free to roam. Trampled love, sacrificed, sky Blue. Like a mirror, alone with the sky, Sky blue. There's a presence here, no more Denied, sky blue. Sky blue. Oh, oh. So tired of all this traveling. Oh, oh. So many miles away from home. Oh, oh. I keep moving until he's Stable. Free to Wander, free to roam. And I can hear some voice calling. Crying Out from my heart. And the crowd Wanna cry, Wanna cry. It's going to be. If I can't stop to let it out. Oh. Oh, Oh. Oh, Oh. Oh, Oh. Oh, Oh. oh. One More time please, for the amazing Blind Boys of Alabama!
